Field

Purpose

Temperature

Controls variation in model responses. Lower values usually produce more consistent responses.

Top-p

Limits the selection of possible next tokens according to their probability.

Maximum output tokens

Limits the generated response length; the model may impose additional limits.

System Prompt

Defines general instructions such as role, tone or output format.

Confirm changes with Save. Values are saved as personal defaults and affect future requests; existing responses are not rewritten. The effect of individual parameters depends on the model.

Find your library of reusable system instructions under Prompts in the sidebar. It also shows which saved version is active.

Account#

The Account tab shows your username and email address. Change email and Change password open the corresponding account dialogs.

The account menu at the bottom of the sidebar also contains Help, My files, Archived chats, Delete history and Log out. Administration links appear only for accounts with the necessary permissions.

Archive#

Under Archive, connect a GitLab account and select a repository for versioned chat records. Setup and the archive action below a response are explained in Document AI use with GitLab.
